Hawaii is such a magical place. I have personally not been to Hawaii, but I have a friend who lives there. She sends me pictures of the gorgeous waters and landscapes. Every time I receive these pictures, I just want to pack up and visit this beautiful state.
The islands are a unique place and each island is different. The island of Maui is a resort friendly island with plenty of sprawling beaches and pools. Kauai is a rocky island, where visitors hike the mountainous region to see the beautiful views.
What To Pack For Hawaii
The average temperature of the main four islands sits around the 70s and 80s, even during Winter. Temperatures can creep up to the 90s during the Summer.
Hawaii is a relaxed state. Casual, relaxed looks are the norm there. Plan to dress in a laid-back vibe. Think lots of bathing suits and coverups for the pool and beach. If you are staying in a resort, flowy dresses with flat sandals are the norm. Bring one fancy dress or outfit for a nice dinner with your significant other at the resort. If you are planning on hiking, bring sneakers and athletic wear.
