I jumped onto the Le Labo fragrance bandwagon when I smelled the popular Santal 33 scent. I know it’s cliché, but little did I know that Santal 33 would be my entry to a new world of fragrances, specifically the Le Labo scents.
The Santal 33 scent is intoxicating and addictive. It has a very light, warm, smoky woods scent. Fresh and clean, yet a little leathery and mysterious. A perfect balance for a unisex perfume.

Tonka 25 is a sophisticated, warm scent that is spicy but has depth.
The scent opens up with woody notes and an undertone of musk. The star player tonka beans are mixed in between the earthy notes. It leaves behind a faint vanilla type scent.
The vanilla is rich and not overly sweet because of the spicy earthy cedar notes.
Le Labo Baie 19 Eau de Parfum
Baie 19 is inspired by petrichor, the smell of rain after a period of warm, dry weather, and baie is the French word for berry.
From the beginning there is a sweet, bright aquatic scent that comes from the juniper berries and musk. As it dries down, it has an aquatic, watery scent which is the petrichor scent.
This is a more earthy, natural smelling scent.
