Overly sweet fragrances have a bad rap. The sweet fragrances are either too fruity or sweet. Those fragrances are reminiscent of scents I used to purchase from Bath & Body Works, an overly sweet sugar and vanilla concoction which smelt like a cupcake.
I am hear to tell you that even a sweet smelling fragrance, does not have to be overly sweet. Sweet smelling perfumes are either floral or fruit based. One of my favorite fruits, especially for Summer, are peaches. Who doesn’t love to bite into an ripe peach during the Summer?

Peach is a sweet fruit, but it is often reinvented in perfumes. When it is combined with jasmine, it provides a light floral scent. On the other side of the spectrum, there are peach perfumes that are mixed with saffron that provide a smoky scent.
